John Bach was born in Wales and moved to New Zealand as a child.
He returned to Britain to Study and work with Triple Action Theatre.
A highly successful acting career then followed in New Zealand and Australia.
His numerous television credits include CLOSE TO HOME, THE GOVERNOR,
THE GAMES AFFAIR, the trilogy INSIDE STRAIGHT, and the mini series with
Sir John Mills entitled SPIT McPHEE and the lead role in
THE GREAT BOOKIE ROBBERY
He has been seen on British television playing the co-lead in HEROES and
HEROES II for TVS and playing the title role in the six part series
THE PAPER MAN,
a Granada Int. / ABC Co. production screened on BBC2.
He has also appeared in many films and these include BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT,
GOODBYE PORK PIE, THE LOST TRIBE, OTHER HALVES, LIE OF THE LAND, WILD HORSES, UTU.
A DIFFICULT WOMAN with Judy Davis and BLOOD OATH with Bryan Brown
John has just completed filming THE SOUND AND THE SILENCE in which he
stars as Alexander Graham Bell for Screenstar Ent.
